Q1Can I edit the content myself after the site is built?+
Yes. We build an easy-to-use admin panel, so content like text, images and news you can update yourself — no need to come back to us each time. We'll show you how at handover.
Q2How is hosting priced? Is there a lock-in?+
Hosting is billed monthly or yearly, based on server spec and scope, and quoted clearly before we start. Contract terms are open to discussion — we'd rather you stay because the service is good, not because a contract traps you.

Q3Can you just do hosting/maintenance, not development?+
Yes. Even if the site or system wasn't built by us, we can take over hosting and maintenance. We start with a health check to understand the current state, then propose a suitable plan.
Q4How long does a project usually take?+
It depends on complexity: a brand site is usually quick, while e-commerce or custom systems take longer. We give you a clear timeline during the planning & design stage so you can plan ahead.
Q5Is my data and my customers' data safe?+
Security is a baseline. We use SSL-encrypted transfer, daily backups and access controls, and update regularly to patch vulnerabilities, doing our best to protect your data and your customers'.
Q6Can we work together on a limited budget?+
